A raw guitar to introduce a succession of ethereal
sounds. It is in this atmosphere of subtle contrasts
that the first verse and its existential questions
settle. On the chorus the voice raises to the rhythm
of a snare drum that could evoke artillery fire. Then
comes the discovery of a battlefield dominated by
a sun that no longer shines. One last time, the brass
band plays for the ones fallen during the night.
